QUALIFIED DOMESTIC RELATIONS ORDER (QDRO)

A Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO) is a legal order assigning a portion of  the Participant's accrued benefit to an alternate payee (former spouse or child of a Participant). ​

All QDRO's received by the Fund Office are reviewed by Fund Counsel and determined to be "qualifed" prior to any benefits being assigned to an alternate payee

​It is recommended that the below QDRO Sample and Procedures be followed by you and your attorney. You may have a draft submitted to the Fund Office for review prior to its entry in court
